During the pandemic we are running with fewer drivers. We are reducing our hours to prevent driver burn-out.  We want to continue to do our part to keep Nanaimo SAFE from impaired driving.  Thank you for your understanding and patience.

if you require service outside of these please arrange it ahead of time

Dispatch will be asking customers as they phone in if: they have been outside of the country within the last 14 days.  Or if they are exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19 including: Cough, runny nose, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, shortness of breath or fever greater than 38* C.  If the answer is affirmative to any of the questions a team will not be dispatched.  Thank you for your understanding.

We know you love us.  But please, at this time NO HUGS or Handshakes.  In days to come we will welcome them from you again.

All Drivers must assess their current health before booking on for a shift.  If one has a sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of taste or smell,  or fever greater than 38* C you MUST NOT WORK.

 Any driver who leaves the country must self isolate for 14 days after returning and MAY NOT WORK until such time has passed.

Customer Drivers will clean their hands and don a non-medical mask before entering customer vehicle.

 Upon entering the car  driver will use a sanitizing spray on the touch contact points of the vehicle, including steering wheel, gear changer and hand parking brake. 

 Upon leaving the customer car, the driver will again sanitizer their hands.
